Bare Trusts and Property Purchases
Existing Grow customers can submit an order for a new bare trust anytime via our Portal:

If you're borrowing to purchase a property in QLD or WA, you must SIGN and sign your bare trust documents BEFORE you sign a contract. For purchases in other states, you can sign the bare trust documents AFTER you sign the contract.
