Bare Trusts and Property Purchases
Existing Grow customers can submit an order for a new bare trust anytime via our Portal:

If you're borrowing to purchase a property in QLD or WA, you must SIGN and sign your bare trust documents BEFORE you sign a contract. For purchases in other states, you can sign the bare trust documents AFTER you sign the contract.

It's strongly recommended you contact Grow before signing any property purchase contracts. If needed, we can provide you with the pro forma bare trust documents so you can add the target property, print it, and sign it when required.
