When the Macquarie CMA is activated for your SMSF you should receive an email with your Macquarie ID and instructions on how to register for online access.
Getting your Macquarie ID
If you didn't receive your Macquarie ID via email do the following:
Go to https://www.macquarie.com.au/ and click Log In > Personal > Macquaire Online;
Click "Forgot login details" and then select "Forgotten your Macquarie ID";
Enter your last name, date of birth and email address and click Submit.
Your Macquarie ID will be sent to you via email.
Register for Macquarie internet banking access:
Go to the Macquarie website, Log In > Personal > Macquarie Online;
Click "New to internet banking? Register now." below the login box;
Enter the Macquarie ID and your mobile number;
Follow the instructions to set up your password and access.
Macquarie Apps
Once you've activated your online access, download the excellent Macquarie Bank mobile app from the Apple or Google Play App Stores.
