Switching from paper to online statements saves trees and keeps your banking digital. Eligible for most personal and business accounts, including the ANZ V2 PLUS Accounts used by Grow SMSF customers.
Please note that Grow cannot update the statement preferences for you. Even if you contact ANZ and they tell you we can, we cannot. Grow does not have any authority to make changes to your account, including statement delivery preferences.
Prerequisites
- Be primary/sole owner or authorised signatory.
- Update email in ANZ Internet Banking.
- Add [email protected] to contacts.
- Changes effective within 24 hours; next statement cycle.
Steps via ANZ Internet Banking
1. Log in at anz.com.
2. Select Settings from the top navigation.

3. Scroll to Change my statement preferences.
4. Choose Online for the desired accounts.

5. Accept terms; select Save.

1. Log in to the app.
2. Tap Profile icon.
3. Tap Statements and notices.
4. Select account; choose Online.
5. Confirm for all if prompted.
